Sparks(Album) by Sort Vibes

 

                                                          

Time flies fast. The magic of music is in our hearts. As the summer days are getting closer and closer, discovering new music is a must. In this post, we will talk about Sort Vibes and the Album: Sparks. 

The Austrian songwriter, artist, and producer puts his best foot forward with his debut offering to the world. It’s a culmination of years of work and a lifetime of influence drawn from his adoration for the hot energy of vintage Soul and Funk, driving Latin grooves, and all things syncopated. Throw in House and Disco into the mix, and you’ve got a recipe for something truly exceptional.

Sort has developed his own signature sound, one that incorporates intricate processing of analog recordings, splitting up the atomic composition of drums to forge something completely new to genres typically associated with more conservative music-making approaches. Collaborators include renowned bass guitarist, Gerald Kiesewetter and a variety of brilliant vocalists from Europe, US and Australia spread across each track¹ 

The thing that caught my attention the most in the album; multiple talented vocalists are on the same album and they all keep the mood of the music. Looking here, we can say that Sort Vibes is quite professional in production. Sort Vibes has given its music a very unique identity with its musical experience gained over the years. Most of the album's songs evoke positive feelings. It's hard not to admire the creativity of Sort Vibes. The song Fly to the Sky is my favorite in this great album. The entire album reminds me of the great works of the 80s. 

This album has deep emotions. Sparks is one of the best and most original works I've heard lately. I had a great 35 minutes. If you want to experience this creative combination of electric and funk music, you should definitely make room for Sort Vibes in your library.
