Lucy Dreams - Silver Lines

I want to talk about a trio that literally performs dream-pop perfectly. Based in Vienna, this trio attracts a lot of attention with its style. If you read Lucy's biography you will understand what I mean. In this project, David Reiterer and Philipp Prückl are making music with the artificial intelligence (Lucy) they have created. In today's article we'll take a look at the 'Silver Lines' by Lucy Dreams. 

"Silver Lines" was first released as a single on September 24, 2021. The song is also the 2nd song from the album "Götterfunken" released on June 10, 2022. First of all, I would like to say that I really like synth pads and choir pads. Also, the vocalist's style is perfectly compatible with dream pop. The song gives off a retro travel vibe. You know, driving towards the artificial sun with neon lights. The rise in the chorus section brings the enthusiasm inside the person to the top. The electric guitars used in the song prove how great the guitar can be for synth-based songs. This song really makes you feel like in a dream.

Lucy Dreams is a really good trio of synth-pop, dream pop, genre. As my personal opinion; When I listen to Lucy Dreams, I raise hopes for the future. The Götterfunken album is a great example of this.
